Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items back into their original Mi Piaci shoebox and secure them within a protective shipping satchel.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
